• Track success and strategic alignment through developing strategy maps and maintaining Key
Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
• Look out for improvements across the departments and act as the “Internal Auditor” on process
and management matters (not finance). Collaborate with Internal Auditor as needed.
• Track departments’ performance and development projects schedules.
• Maintain overall responsibility for developing company policies and procedures.
• Design and ensure application of Project Management methodologies.
• Develop standards, metrics and knowledge base across the company.
• Anticipate and propose changes to company structure and HR-related matters to improve
efficiency.
- Build, Oversee and track main company initiatives:
• Support the CEO in developing company’s 5-year revolving strategy, annual strategy and
budget.
• Launch and manage strategic internal projects, such as, ERP system, excellency of operation,
policies and procedures.
• Track development projects for the Board and CEO as a strategic more than operational role
- Manage and develop SMO team.
- Ensure compliance with managerial and operational procedures within the SMO.
- Develop yearly plans and budgets for the SMO.
- Track the SMO’s delivery against relevant established KPIs.
- Network, establish and maintain good relationships with third parties.
- Strong collaboration with CEO to ensure strategy alignment across the organization.
- Strong collaboration with Support Services to ensure systems are running properly and implement system and infrastructure improvements and maintenance.
- Constant collaboration with Directors, Managers, on strategic measurements and alignment.
